French Rose: Le Paradou Cinsault
2017 LE PARADOU CINSAULT ROSE VIN DE FRANCE, LANGUEDOC-ROUSSILLON, FRANCE. 100% Cinsault. Le Paradou is made by the famous Chaudiere family of Château Pesquié in Ventoux. The rose is 100% Cinsault from two distinct sites. Aged five months in tank, this result is a delicate pale pink rose with fruit aromas. On the palate, fruity hints of raspberry and redcurrant with citrus notes. Recommended with oily fish (salmon, tuna etc), Shellfish, poultry, fruity desserts, or simply as an aperitif.
